Just Imagine Miracles Team formed in memory of Jim Brenneman who passed away in September 2011 after a 10 1/2 yr. journey with cancer. |

It's an OPEN RIDE -- All motorcycles welcome! It all starts at the Highland Harley-Davidson LaVale Shop, National Highway, LaVale, MD
Registration starts at 10:00 AM and ride pulls out at 12 noon. Ladies of Harley will hold a bake sale.
Ride ends at the Moose Lodge in Wiley Ford, West Virginia with a DJ & Karaoke, 9 p.m.
Poker Run 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Food provided by Moose Lodge of Wiley Ford, WV - at the end of the ride

... Thinking about purchasing a handgun, but don't know what to buy?
Have questions about handguns or firearm regulations?
Then this event is for you!!!! Come learn in a friendly and safe shooting environment with NRA Range Safety Officers!
You can bring your own handgun (unloaded of course) and your own ammo, or if you don't have a handgun, but would like to try one out, you can shoot one of several provided for the event by Kerr Brothers Guns!
NRA Certified Range Safety Officers from Big Savage & Piney Mountain Sportsmen Clubs will be available to assist shooters.

Blind Bowl |
|
Blind Industries and Services of Maryland (BISM) will host its 2nd annual Blind Bowl fundraiser on Saturday, May 12 at 12 noon at The Bowler Family Fun Center, 11601 Winchester Road, LaVale, MD 21502.
The Blind Bowl is a unique opportunity for people to learn firsthand how blind people enjoy everyday activities, such as bowling, by using non-visual, alternative techniques. Each participant will receive a blindfold and instruction, plus two games of bowling. The cost is $10 per person and there will also be a 50/50 Raffle and a silent auction.
The fun-filled event will benefit BISM’s training programs for blind and visually impaired senior citizens in Cumberland, Hagerstown, and the surrounding area. BISM offers the Seniors Achieving Independent Living (SAIL) program, along with one-day workshops, to blind seniors free of charge. BISM is a not-for-profit company and fundraisers play an important role in the development and expansion of programs for blind citizens in the region.
