Second Annual Resources For Independence Golf |

The tournament will be held at The Winnfield Golf Course in Avilton, MD on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at 9am. All proceeds of the tournament will go to Resources for Independence to help individuals with disabilities purchase things such as hearing aids, home modifications, shower chairs, wheelchairs, and other items to assist with accessibility and independence. On Saturday June 16th the American Legion Riders of Romney & Full Throttle Performance Car Club will hold a Bike & Rod Run followed by a benefit auction for John Puffinburger to help cover medical expenses. Registration for the Bike & Rod run is from 10am-noon at Mayhew Chevy in Romney. The Cruise In will be from 6-9pm with a live band, "The Leftovers". American Legion Riders will also be selling BBQ chicken. All makes & models of bikes & cars are welcome on the Rod Run & Full Throttle Cruise In. Benefit T-Shirts will be available for $15. |
