Garrett Lakes Arts Festival
July 4-7 Garrett Lakes Arts Festival presents Chautauqua under the big tent at Garrett College. This year’s theme is “Exploring the War of 1812 in Maryland.” Historical reenactments include James Madison (July 5), Rosalie Stier Calvert (July 6), and British Major General Robert Ross (July 7).
