Keyser High School will host an arts and craft festival, called Harvest Holiday, on Saturday, October 27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the high school. The festival will showcase more than 90 unique artists and craftspeople. In addition, there will be food, activities, and various raffles. Admission and parking are free to the public. The school is located on Pine Swamp Road, off Rt. 220 South, in Keyser. |

Spooktacular in Cumberland |

Cumberland's annual Spooktacular Halloween celebration begins at 11 a.m. in Town Centre and is filled with fun activities, music, and a traditional Halloween parade. Dress the kids in their Halloween costumes and come downtown to join the fun! Trick-or-Treat bags will be available.
Then at 1:00 PM, the kids will parade to Canal Place where there will be haunted carriage rides, trick or treating, hay rides, pictures taken with the great pumpkin, and Halloween crafts. They hope to have a small petting zoo as well. Vendors will set up along the plaza that and will include kettle corn, cotton candy, and candy apples.
